gennie! hi, this is polly- yeah, random. i've never posted on a blog before. this is cool. i am at work right now and missed arkansas, eric emailed me your blogspot (which, even more strange, i made a blog once.. i never wrote it in again.) how long can i make this? anyway, i went through your pictures of mexico, and then suddenly, i saw myself! i got so excited b/c it was pictures of the wedding again! that made my whole day! maybe i should just make this an email.....
wait...this is too fun. i like to post on blogs! i must say, your blog spot is the coolest one i've ever seen. reading it made me think, "wow, gennie davis is one of the coolest people i know". like reading it made me think, "i wish i had a friend like that" and then i realized you are my friend! you sound very...umm..what's the word i want....very 'seattle' on your blog. yes, seattle. i'll have to figure out exactly what that means later. it made me want to have a 'seattle' blogspot. i could here too, all i'd have to do is own a laptop, find some out of the way super unique/slightly trendy coffee shop, buy an iced coffee drink, and quietly sip it while i take in art, language, and the flowers outside of the window. and maybe leave a copy of some deeply impressive book, like crime and punishment, on the counter next to me. and hopefully i'd be wearing something slightly bohemian, with black rimmed glasses, and a super cool asian looking scarf. oh yeah, and SUPER cute shoes- you gotta be wearing cute shoes to have a 'seattle' blog. and multiple layers of clothing- that is also necessary to being 'seattle'. maybe some day gennie, we should go find a coffee shop together, dress as specified, and maybe, maybe we should be in seattle when we do it....so, i'll meet you in seattle and maybe it'll be raining in baltimore when we do.
